We are looking for the Office for Public Order of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

The Department of Trade and Gastronomy Law comprises over 30 employees and is responsible for a wide range of areas, such as General Trade Law, Black Work / Illegal Economics, Prostitute Protection Act, Restaurant Affairs, People's Fairs, Markets, Fairs and Road Industries.

A job that enthuses you

• They are working on administrative measures to combat illegal economics and trade activities, including enforcement
• You decide on fines to combat black labour, including proof measures and profits, as well as in licensed commercial matters
• the participation in the IuK coordination within the service also belongs to your tasks
• You create drafts of answers, reports, and opinions to participants within and outside the city administration
• the cooperation with the police enforcement service, the financial authorities, the prosecutor's office, the government office in Stuttgart, as well as the Chamber of Crafts and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry is in your area of responsibility

Your profile that suits us

• a degree as Bachelor of Arts Public Management or graduate manager/in or
• a degree as an administrative specialist (e.g. employee course II) or
• a degree as an administrator with already completed ascent to the senior management service; or
• a comparable university degree of the legal profession
• Professional experience in the public service, preferably in the administration of the order, as well as current knowledge in the law of industrial law and law of contravention are of advantage
• in situations with conflict potential, you will be safe, strong and convincing and have the necessary negotiating skills
