ISS Technical Manager (m/f/d)

Development of Obsoleszenz solutions and upgrade concepts for corporate products in in-service support, as well as creation of scales and technical content for customer-specific service and maintenance concepts Technical management of in-service support projects, coordination of repairs and overhauls as well as optimization and further development of the in-house repair process Development of technical solutions for in-service support products, independent technical support of these products and planning as well as cooperation on technical reviews Coordination of departments for the provision of developmental tasks within the framework of in-service support projects, support in the negotiation of technical aspects and development, and coordination of technical contractual contents with customers, external partners and suppliers coordination with technical personnel on the customer and supplier side to operational service orders and technology topics, technical leadership of the technical bodies in in-service support offers and projects, as well as cooperation in the representation of the company to the outside to subcontractors, (inter-)national government organisations and customers

Higher education or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience Knowledge in handling IT tools (MS Project, SAP) as well as products and services of the company German and English knowledge in word and writing Embossed technical understanding, conceptual and analytical thinking as well as independent, structured working combined with responsibility, self-initiative and attention to detail High level of team and communication skills, enforcement capability, intercultural competence and safe occurrence
