You support our employees (m/w/d) in all personnel matters You create self-responsible work contracts, work certificates and issue certificates You are contact for executives in questions about salary, contract design, labour law and other personnel topics You carry out the monthly wage and salary bill (Navision Napa), as well as all pre- and post-processing tasks You are responsible for reporting and certifying to social security and the tax office You're reviewing the master files of our employees (m/w/d) and make sure that all information in the personal files is always up to date

You have completed a practical study with a focus on staff or a commercial training with additional qualification as a personal specialist (IHK) You have first knowledge of labour law and pay tax and social security law You draw your attention through an independent and structured way of working You convince by a safe occurrence and a binding and professional communication You have a strong customer orientation and show openness and a high level of readiness Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
