Senior Consultant SAP HCM (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Time Management & HR Solutions

Place: Friedrichshafen

• Active participation in transformation projects such as system mergers and conversion to SAP S/4HANA Own implementation of projects and support during ongoing operations around SAP-HR Creation and adaptation of time management schemes and regulations in the PT module Implementation of individual requirements in customizing for time management and self-service portals (ESS/MSS) Identification of optimization potentials in existing HR processes and their implementation Close cooperation with the team to develop and maintain the current SAP system landscape Transfer technical requirements from the HR sector into efficient SAP solutions Technical contact for internal HR areas in SAP topics Ensuring complete documentation and analysis and troubleshooting

Completed university studies in mathematics, computer science, business informatics or comparable subject area, alternatively with corresponding vocational training Good knowledge of SAP-HR time economy, especially in schemes and rules Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Self-responsibility and self-responsibility High earnings orientation, self-initiative, communication strength and persuasiveness Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
