Value Stream Lead - Production Management / Lean Management / Process Optimization (m/f/d)

You ensure and optimize the operational performance of all value flows at the location: In doing so, you carry the end-to-end responsibility for safety, quality, delivery reliability, productivity and costs and ensure consistent alignment with internal and external customer requirements. You continuously develop the production organization into a value-flow-oriented, efficient and learning system: You redesign the production structure, build functional barriers and accompany change processes with a focus on stability, transparency and sustainability. You lead and organize production and assume the disciplinary responsibility for the employees of the production organisation: You promote a performance- and improvement-oriented leadership culture through clear goals, key figures and shopfloor routines. You control day-to-day operations and ensure a stable production system by means of systematic problem-solving: Manage key figures, routines and escalation mechanisms You actively bottlenecks, deviations and risks along the value flows. You work in the circular organization and control cooperation with process-oriented circles such as planning, technology and logistics from the point of view of the value flow: You introduce clear requirements, priorities and performance requirements and ensure that processes, standards and resources contribute effectively to achieving the goal in the value flow. You are responsible for the continuous improvement and the Lean Leadership in production: You apply lean principles and methods (e.g. PDCA, Standard Work, A3) and promote self-responsibility, learning ability and sustainable improvement in the teams. Prioritize and control all the topics relevant to value flow with a clear focus on customer vision, process flow, stability and outcome orientation: Keep in mind that all activities and measures contribute to the optimal performance of value flows.

You have several years of experience in production, operations or value-added guide roles You have a very good understanding of value flow thinking, lean management and operational control You have experience in leading larger production organisations and the ability to analyze and develop complex systems in a structured manner You are characterized by pronounced customer and result orientation and clarity in prioritization and decision making You possess high level of change and leadership as well as the ability to take responsibility and give orientation You are strong in communication, have the skills of moderation and the joy of cross-departmental cooperation You have excellent knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English in international cooperation
