DA FOR BIST YOU VERANT: You guide, motivate and develop your branch team – and you are the first contact person in questions or problems. You coordinate the day-to-day business and make sure that everything goes around – from service planning to warehouse organization. You are responsible for the incorporation of new employees and continuously supports your team in their further development. You advise our local customers and successfully implement sales strategies. You make an appealing presentation of goods safe and monitor cash systems as well as the flow of goods. You receive deliveries, carry stock and keep order in stock. You pay attention to compliance with work safety and operating policies. You communicate important topics within the team and reportest relevant key figures to the management. You support marketing and promotions in your branch.

THE BRINGST YOU WITH: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification. At least 2 years of experience in the branch management and desire to lead and develop a team. Hands-on mentality, enforcement ability and a pronounced customer orientation. Organizational, decision-making and responsibility. Very good communication skills – in writing and oral. Safe handling of cash systems and MS Office. Team player with service DNA and high social competence. Flexibility, willingness to use and motivation to create things. English at least: C1 English at least: B1
