Drive the development and development of data structures and reporting processes independently and work closely with sales and marketing Analyze and interpret global market data (in particular IQVIA data) and identify market and price trends, competitive positioning and sales developments Develop dashboards & reports that support strategic sales decisions at global level Generate data-driven insights and action recommendations to optimize our global sales and marketing strategies actively shape budget and sales planning and measure the success of global sales initiatives Keep sales key figures (e.g. sales, sales, market shares) in mind and thus identify further opportunities in Emerging Markets and thus directly engage our “Access to Healing” mission with

Completed studies in statistics, data science, business management, business informatics or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in data analysis and market research, ideally focusing on IQVIA data or other data-driven market research tools as well as knowledge in sales controlling, budget and sales planning as well as monitoring sales key figures Industry knowledge is advantageous Own initiative and desire to create new structures and optimize existing processes Strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as a high affinity for numbers and the view for details Very safe handling of Excel or similar analysis tools Good knowledge of SQL, Power BI and/or Python for data analysis is a plus fun in dealing with a variety of people and cultures in connection with a pronounced communication strength and the ability to understand complex facts The desire to develop and grow proactively and be part of a strong team
