Processing of input invoices to the correctness, determination of confirmations and execution of final bookings in Microsoft Dynamics Navision Checking of cash bills, credit card payments and banks as well as booking checks Responsibility for account clarification and account voting Implementation and control of daily payment transactions Monitoring and clarification of open items and processing of remindings

Completed commercial training focusing on accounting or comparable qualifications Professional experience in accounting and creditor accounting, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics Navision High numerical affinity coupled with a structured and analytical method Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel desirable High level of initiative and fun at work in the team
