As a business informant with high affinity for marketing, you are the interface between technology and communication. You identify potentials, develop future-oriented marketing processes and accompany the implementation of innovative solutions. The aim is to increase the effectiveness and performance of marketing through the targeted use of artificial intelligence, automation and modern marketing technologies, to systematically develop qualified leads along the customer journey and to support sustainable growth. You work in the team with the marketing areas, IT, sales and external technology partners.

Indefinite permanent position at the company headquarters in Ahlen:

AI: Identification and implementation of AI-based solutions for the automation and optimization of marketing processes. Transformation: Further development and interconnection of the marketing technology stack as well as support for digital projects. Growth Marketing: Expanding data-driven approaches along the customer journey. Digital Marketing: Support in the area of the website (TYPO3), mailing, Loyalty program and other digital solutions. IT system landscape: work with Claude, Salesforce (CRM & Marketing Cloud), SAP, PIM, MAM and Power BI.

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, BWL with IT reference or a comparable qualification. High affinity for marketing topics and enthusiasm for digital processes. Ideally, first experiences in digital marketing or marketing technologies (e.g. Salesforce, PIM, MAM, Marketing Automation). Analytical understanding as well as the ability to identify relevant KPIs and derive recommendations from them. Own initiative and joy in shaping the digital transformation together with us and identifying new potentials. Communication strength and joy in cooperation in in interdisciplinary teams.
