Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The body is first fixed for 1 year and must be filled in full time.

The KI-Servicezentrum Berlin-Brandenburg at the Hasso-Plattner-Institut provides powerful AI infrastructures and services to enable the economy (especially small and medium-sized enterprises), administration, civil society and science to use modern AI technologies with data sovereignty. In addition to technical support, we offer educational opportunities, workshops and prototyping opportunities to spread AI know-how in practice. In the new BMFTR-funded joint project NEXKI we build a network of decentralised AI service bridges together with partner organisations in the northeast of Germany.

Consolidation of content from the professional work packages to didactically prepared course materials Technical preparation of own courses and courses provided by partner centres Implementation of own online courses on openHPI or AI campus Support for partner centres in content production Continuous safeguarding the didactic quality and updating of course materials according to technological and regulatory developments Development and implementation of additional workshop and certificate formats (Digital/Presence) around the online course topics Public relations through textual and visual contributions to new course content

Experience in digital knowledge transfer Embossed didactic competence in the design and preparation of digital learning formats for AI topics Higher education in an area relevant to activity (e.g. economic, social, communication or legal) or comparable qualification Experience in the creation of learning materials and course formats Funded knowledge of the basics of machine learning as well as practice with common ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras or LangChain Ability to understand complex technical issues Independent, structured working with high self-responsibility Communication strength and safe occurrence Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
