Number: MER0003ZDQ As an RD/EBE (Electronics/Electronics System & Hardware) we deliver technologically leading EE systems with premium series quality into Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Our RD/EBE department is responsible for the development of electric/electronic volumes and the system design of the Mercedes-Benz HV batteries. These challenges include: Cooperation in the further development and optimization of development processes

Support in ensuring quality standards (e.g. based on ASPICE)

Support in the planning, implementation and documentation of quality checks (samples regarding process conformity, quality reviews)

Documentation and tracking of Findings in a ticket system

Participation in the definition and follow-up of corrective measures

Support in preparing audits/assessments

Creation Reporting on Management Reporting

Support in quality assurance of project activities to comply with the Mercedes-Benz quality standard

The activity can begin from April 2026.

You are currently enrolled in a technical or economic study course (e.g. industrial engineering, quality management or comparable)

You communicate safely in German and English, both in writing and oral

The safe handling of MS Office applications is natural for you, knowledge in Jira/Confluence is desirable

Ready to work into new IT systems

Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in quality management

You are characterized by a high level of communication skills, commitment and team skills

An analytical way of thinking and a strategic approach are your strengths
