You will be part of the Operations Digitalization & Automation department - the central unit for the digital development of the Viridium Group's COO department. The focus is on customer service: Processes are to be automated, increased customer value and increased efficiency sustainably. A central project is the establishment of a group-wide service platform. Among these, we bundle all digitization initiatives that automate processing processes, relieve customer service and control the contact frequency even more efficiently - for example through self-service offers or the use of Conversational AI (Cognigy). Technologies such as Camunda, Smartfix and RPA are also part of the Toolset and are continuously being developed. As a business analyst:in you actively participate in this development. You analyze complex end-to-end processes, identify optimization potentials and structure requirements in such a way that concrete, implementable work packages become. In close cooperation with customer service units, process expert:inside and IT development you develop practical solutions - from idea to use case to test.
