Self-employed creation and processing of credit protocols as well as credit extensions – with a focus on real estate financing from private customers. Make credit decisions within your competences. Examination of economic conditions, in particular private customers and freelance professionals. Order and management of securities. Creation of credit and collateral contracts. Monitoring and implementation of credit processing processes including use of funds. Current credit assessment and credit assessments. Communication with notaries, offices and other stakeholders. Takeover of and cooperation in projects.

You have a successfully completed training as a bank merchant or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility. Experience in the field of credit reporting or settlement is desirable. You are versed in handling the application agreeBAP. You work structured, independent and are at the same time a real team player.
