Web Designer / UI Designer (m/w/d) - Focus on Company Website

The Karcher family With great passion, as a family-run medium-sized company, we pursue the goal of developing high-quality, innovative design door handles and delivering them to our business customers with excellent service. Our sales area extends from Germany to Austria, France, Benelux, Italy, Great Britain to the USA and Canada. You are responsible for the programming, design, design and further development of our entire website. Designing layouts, page structures and user interfaces (UI/UX) – you provide clear, appealing and intuitive user guidance on all devices. You develop and care independently the content of the website to make our online appearance modern and user-friendly. You work closely with our internal teams such as marketing, IT and, if necessary, external service providers to optimally match the content and design. You independently opt out of the existing content and pay attention to a consistent overall picture. Developing and implementing a sophisticated design system – you develop visual guidelines for the website that professionally reflect our brand. You are creative and have the freedom to make and implement innovative design proposals.

Complete studies in the field of digital marketing, media/communication science or comparable training. At least two years of professional experience in online or digital marketing, ideally with experience in web and content design. Safe handling of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as knowledge of other digital design tools are advantageous. Creative feeling and conceptual thinking – you develop ideas, think in visual solutions and can implement them in a comprehensible way. You have a very good language skills in German and English with an excellent writing style Self-employed and structured working, coupled with reliability and sense of responsibility. Team skills and enthusiasm for creative projects – you like to introduce yourself, work solution-oriented and with pleasure in the team.
