You can look forward to In the field of “Alternative Drives” we work in projects and topics for sustainable electric and hydrogen vehicle solutions. At the turn of the year 2024/25, we were able to deliver first pre-series eTrucks - as part of our Exclusive Early Fleet - to selected customers. We now conduct first interviews with these selected customers to get their feedback on our eTrucks series. Your task is to prepare and carry out these customer interviews together with an employee of our department. In these interviews, the focus topics on driving behavior, loading, digital services & workshop experiences (e-readiness) are highlighted. After the interviews, you will also support in deriving measures to the problems identified by customers. Finally, it is your responsibility to support the tracking and solution-finding activities with the MAN departments responsible.
