Project manager as client representative with a focus on project management

Design the clinic of tomorrow at the University Hospital of Bonn with us. The Campus Venusberg is currently undergoing a dynamic change, with a modernization of the structural infrastructure being essential. With a high investment volume, the campus will receive a new face in the coming years. A variety of complex new, refurbishment and refurbishment projects will ensure the sustainability of the university hospital.

As a business unit in the Commercial Directorate, the construction management with about 50 dedicated employees takes over all tasks in the organization of the company, planning, construction execution and commissioning of construction projects of the entire properties of the University Hospital Bonn. In doing so, we take over the building tasks, the project management (from concept to commissioning) and the overall responsibility with respect to all public policy requirements of the state of NRW.

Your tasks:

You take over the project management and project management in construction projects (including hospital, research, teaching and supply buildings) of the University Hospital Bonn. You perform delegable and non-delegable building tasks and represent the interests of the university hospital to the outside. You control costs, dates and qualities independently and ensure the achievement of the project objectives by means of an effective project controlling. You develop organizational structures for project execution, create performance images for the binding of architects and engineers to HOAI and structure the entire project course (base position determination to object support). You conduct and coordinate the designated planning offices, service providers and exporting companies. You agree closely with users and internal bodies (e.g. occupational safety, personnel representation, hospital hygiene, genetic engineering, radiation protection). You are regularly exchanged with relevant state ministries and municipal authorities. You are consistent with the strategic requirements of the Management Board of the University Hospital Bonn.

completed studies (FH or TH) of the field of architecture / civil engineering, project management or comparable training, experience in project management and project management of complex construction projects, ideally in hospital construction and/or laboratory construction, knowledge of project management methods and the relevant regulations of public construction (VOB, HOAI etc.), experience and ability of structural and organisational control of measures along with cost and time management; strong target orientation and very good enforcement capability in controlling complex construction projects, joy in interdisciplinary cooperation, safe handling of the common computer applications, SAP knowledge is advantageous, very good communication skills, negotiation skills, team skills and a high level of commitment and flexibility complete your profile.
