First Level Support at universities serves as the central starting point for IT problems. It ensures that all relevant information is collected to solve the problem quickly and efficiently.

The tasks include the support of teachers and students in the design, implementation and further development of digital and AI-based teaching, learning and examination scenarios, among others: Conception, planning, construction, administration, care and quality assurance of the digital IT, media and event infrastructure according to the latest scientific findings Maintenance and support of technology as well as IT user support in the use of media and computer technology in teaching and testing Working with the design, implementation, implementation and evaluation of multilingual teaching and examination formats using artificial intelligence, as well as supporting training for teachers and students on topics of digitalization of teaching and AI Support in the implementation of electronic audits and ensuring the technical framework Construction, testing and implementation in the operational environment, a digital planning or Booking tool for events at the University of Bremerhaven as well as the establishment and care of a cataster

You have successfully completed university studies in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, media technology, media education). Further requirements for the body are: Knowledge and practical experience in IT and media technology Experience in the use of digital technologies, ideally related to artificial intelligence First experience in consulting and training Experience in first and second level support, especially in media technology and e-learning Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing

Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the field of higher education Experience in digital teaching and the implementation of digital testing Conception and successful implementation of digitalization projects in teaching Experience in mediation of media-technical and mediendidactic skills Self-employed, structured and systematic work Impressed communication and consulting skills and high service orientation Own initiative and creativity in the further development of digital teaching, learning and examination concepts In the sense of the image of our university, we wish applicants who are open to questions of gender equality and diversity.
