Coordinator for Security Service Tasks (m/f/d)

Planning, coordination and quality assurance of security measures as well as control and professional management of internal and external security personnel including safe processes as well as travel and deployment briefings for domestic and foreign service travel Security planning and implementation for internal and external events, development of object-specific security and access, visitor and accreditation concepts, implementation of risk analyses, coordination with organizers, service providers and specialist areas, and support for crisis and emergency management Creation and maintenance of current situation and risk reports, observation of relevant security developments, evaluation of publicly available information, documentation of safety-relevant events and the establishment and maintenance of networks to police, security authorities and rescue organisations selection, assignment, control and quality control of external security service providers, regular performance assessments, support in tendering, contract management and development of standards, processes, service instructions and SOPs for personal and event protection Advising and raising awareness among executives and departments on security risks, carrying out security briefings, participation in business continuity and crisis management, coordination of interdisciplinary projects, budget and investment planning, as well as the power to serve security service providers

Complete studies in the field of security management, police, security and danger prevention or a comparable qualification or multiannual relevant professional experience in upscale security management, complemented by multiannual practice event management or corporate security Funded knowledge in project, crisis and emergency management as well as in the relevant legal environment (data protection, work protection, assembly and security law, compliance requirements) and secure application in daily business High sense of responsibility, pronounced discretion, integrity and analytical thinking and judgement, combined with strong communication, organizational and deescalation competence and safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels High resilience, decision-making and conflictability, self-initiative and structured work, willingness to travel in Germany and abroad, to operations outside regular working hours and increased availability in special safety situations Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, safe handling of confidential information
