• Drees & Summer accompanies builders and investors in all matters concerning real estate and infrastructure. Do you want to work in a dedicated team on exciting tasks in interesting real estate projects? Do you want to create legal certainty in the projects with expertise and help minimize risks? Then we are looking - preferably at our headquarters in Stuttgart - exactly you! As a lawyer, you will become the first contact person for our operative colleague: on the inside for all legal issues focusing on private building law. You have the chance to further develop your existing expertise and gain new ones. You will negotiate contracts, advise projects in all legal aspects and pass on your acquired expertise to colleagues. Personal advice and support of Drees & Sommer's operational units on all project-related legal issues, especially in the field of private building law, focusing on architects and engineering law at all stages of project initiation and execution as a member of our Business Law team Care and processing of extrajudicial and judicial legal matters / disputes independently and together with external lawyers Participation in the development of Business Law by preparing and implementing training measures, building and expanding legal expertise management, etc. Participation in the development and maintenance of contract patterns, form letters and legal aids and the design and optimization of uniform internal processes Processing of other industry-typical legal topics to support colleagues, e.g. in procurement law, real estate law or general civil law

Successfully completed study of law with first and second legal state exams Expertise in private building law and willingness to work into other legal areas relevant to our operating business Multiannual professional experience as a Syndikus attorney or as a lawyer in the field of real estate law / private building law, preferably experience in dealing with architects and engineering contracts High interest not only to consider the legal side of Drees & Sommer's projects, but to immerse them in real estate and infrastructure projects in order to generate added value in consulting Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, team spirit and a binding appearance and joy in versatile tasks Commitment, flexibility, self-responsibility and pragmatic, solution-oriented and analytical thinking and working methods Safe handling of all MS Office products Very good English knowledge of word and writing of advantage
