Our client is an internationally successful construction company focusing on industrial and commercial construction. As a general contractor, the company employs more than 100 employees in Düsseldorf. At the next time, we are looking for a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/d) / SiGeKo (m/w/d) In this position, you are responsible for verifying and evaluating compliance with safety regulations on the nationwide construction sites.

As a specialist in occupational safety or SiGeKo you have experience in building construction (in the best case in industrial and commercial construction) and a completed technical study (or training)? (JBH/129514) Regular visits to construction sites to verify and assess compliance with safety regulations identifying potential security risks and introducing appropriate preventive measures Creation, updating and optimization of training materials and documentation on occupational safety Implementation of safety training for technical staff and local staff Close cooperation with site and project management to implement effective security measures Support in the investigation and documentation of incidents and accidents Ensuring compliance with all legal security regulations and internal corporate standards Monitoring legal changes and introduction of best practices in the field of occupational safety

Successfully completed training or study in the technical or scientific field – supplemented by the necessary additional qualification for the specialist for occupational safety or as SiGeKo; ideally with installation and construction site experience Open, motivating communication capability as well as enforcement capability combined with team capability Self-employed, structured working and a high level of commitment Safe handling of MS Office; In addition, knowledge in tendering and appointment programs are advantageous German language skills (at least C1) as well as good English skills in word and writing You have a conditional readiness to travel (about 10%-20% nationwide)
