We are an independent, owner-managed real estate investment company specializing in national specialist markets with food markets as anchor tenants. Our customers are German and international institutional and semi-institutional investors (e.g. pension funds, insurers). We offer the entire value chain of the property for our investors. These include procurement strategies, acquisition testing, business plan with scenario analysis, purchase, administration, restructuring, and continuous inventory optimization including sale. Since its founding in 2014, we have built up a portfolio of over 1 billion euros.

Self-employed working with a high degree of self-motivation Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
