• Overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure smooth reorders.
• Organize the warehouse – from receipt of goods to professional storage until the damage check.
• Coordinate after-contracting on the premises and be their reliable contact.
• Document goods movements and stocks directly in the ERP system for full transparency.
• Lead complaints to clarification.
• Secure compliance with processes, quality and safety requirements. ‡ Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or a technical background.
• You bring experience with common ERP systems and MS Office.
• Technical understanding of drawings and storage processes is obvious to you.
• Ideally you have a fork certificate.
• You work structured, reliable and independent, even under pressure.
• As a team player, you are convinced of the complexity and solution-oriented thinking.
• Very good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of English (min. B2) complete your profile. You can look forward to this:
