Senior fitter - electrical / building services / quality (m/f/d)

You control the handling of our TGA projects directly on the German-wide construction sites. You take the professional leadership of your team of up to 5 Monteur: inside and are the first person to answer any technical questions. You coordinate cooperation with after-contractors and ensure a smooth and timely construction process. You are responsible for quality assurance, monitor compliance with safety regulations and carry out the acceptance of the installations. In close coordination with the project management, you document the progress of construction and support the material disposition.

You have a completed training in the field of electrical engineering, ideally with further training to master or technician. You bring at least two years of professional experience in the development of TGA projects (volumes > 2 million €) in the electrical engineering industry. You are convinced by your independent way of working and your ability to keep track of your team even in challenging situations. A German-wide readiness to travel from Monday to Thursday is of course for you. For the smooth communication at the construction site you bring good German knowledge (at least B1).
