Coordination of the provision of SAP Application Management services in the field of SAP Master Data Governance in the role of SAP MDG Lead for application support:
Analysis/Management of technical/processual requirements and all processes of 2nd level support
Ensuring SAP Application Management Services with respect to agreed goals
Implementation and implementation coordination (devices for SAP MDG consultants) of the technical requirements in SAP MDG
Examination and initiation of improvement measures to optimize operation
