Your tasks with us: They work in the interlayer service (spring/spring/night) in the control center, the heart of the ODEG. Within the framework of this, you monitor the operation of the ODEG and, in the event of a malfunction, take measures to quickly restore the control operation. Your cooperation ensures that every passenger (m/w/d) reaches its destination satisfactorily

Your tasks in detail:

Monitoring the operation of ODEG proper deployment planning of the vehicles Taking measures for passenger-related vehicle malfunctions Plans of the feed and removal of rail vehicles to the competent workshop Organisation of bus emergency traffic First respondent for the drivers in dispositive measures Coordination of conceptual local replacement measures to restore the control operation Ensure the receipt of medical messages from the driving staff and their subsequent occupation First contact person for the service employees in local traffic in customer requests for connections Care of passenger information media in the event of a malfunction Responsible for the documentation of the operating performance in the respective computer systems, internally and externally

Our expectations for you:

completed commercial vocational training, like merchant for forwarding and logistics services as an alternative to several years of professional experience as a disponent/in e.g. in logistics, or in other professions with high, daily operational organizational effort Advantages are ability to drive driver/in Basic knowledge of how to use computer applications (Windows, MS Office) and willingness to work intensively into new systems basic knowledge of the law on working time, as well as knowledge of working time House-TV of the ODEG and Group Framework Agreement Netinera are desirable; Willingness to learn and implement collective agreement knowledge conceptual and systematic thinking and action (high self-organization capability) Quiet and prioritized processing of contemporary topics, especially in hectic situations easy processing of various information and measures and derivation of solutions within a short time strong team capability high commitment and reliability combined with faster efficient operation Enforcement and psychological stress

permanent employment contract in a crisis-proof industry Training grade during the qualification in cross-input: 3.399 € gross monthly excl. Supplements to training status excl. Supplements 38 working hours per week

Entry level after qualification: 4.075 € gross monthly excl. Supplements 34 days holiday 38.5 working hours per week
