In the course of a planned, age-related follow-up scheme, we are looking for a personality from the WEG administration in the exclusive mandate, which is intended to develop for leadership in the role as a location manager. Self-employed care of housing owners in legal, technical and commercial matters Implementation and moderation of owner meetings and implementation of the decisions taken assignment, organisation and monitoring of external service providers for optimal maintenance of objects to be managed Personal object visits including regular contact care to owners and service providers Cooperation with the current job owner in preparation for the takeover of the location management

Completed training or study in the real estate sector or comparable commercial qualification Multiannual experience in the independent management of housing owners communities Impressed communication strength in exchange with owners, tenants and service providers High service orientation, paired with hand-on mentality and team skills
