Your tasks include the management and strategic development of the Employee Service & Payroll area and its sustainable transformation into a modern service organization. You develop end-to-end processes in the HR and Payroll environment with a focus on automation, efficiency and user orientation. In addition, you design and implement a modern SAP-based system landscape and integrate complementary tools to optimize the overall architecture. You will also develop scalable operating and target interaction models for a growing business environment. In addition, you build employee self services and improve service quality and process efficiency.
