You take the professional and disciplinary leadership for a 12-member team consisting of Solution/Enterprise Architects, IT Project Leads, Data Engineers, Solution Ownern and IT-Consultants Development and implementation of IT strategies (Cloud, SaaS, Low-Code, Technology, AI, Data Governance, ...) to support business Making architectural decisions in decentralised IT and responsibility for the governance of architectural decisions Participation in strategic corporate initiatives and representation of the architectural vision in control circles Control of IT project managers and monitoring of transformation projects You make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of the IT landscape and the technical sustainability of Hermes

You have completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics or comparable training You bring multi-year leadership experience and are familiar with agile working methods You control methods and tools for architectural and process management Strong result orientation as well as decision-making and enforcement skills characterize you Motivation, self-drive and the will to successfully implement goals with the team high technical affinity coupled with pronounced analytical, strategic and conceptual skills Flexibility and team orientation characterize you as a person and good communicative skills in German and English complete your profile
