Tasks with perspectives

You will take care of the identification, analysis, and clarification of enquiries and requirements related to the account base. The customer perspective is always the focus of your action. Analyze complex applications in payment management (payment arrangements, account number assignment, currency valuation) and in the account base area and agree with the stakeholders. Together with your cross-functional team, you will develop solution sketches, user stories and specialist concepts. You support the further development of the application as part of the strategic development program and with regard to the application and service architecture. In addition, you will set up technical test cases and take responsibility for the maintenance and further development of automated regression tests. You keep in mind both the requirements of end users and the regulatory framework. Your tasks include handling tickets as part of the Second Level Support

You have a completed professional training course or a completed study of the business sector with a focus on financial management/banks, as well as several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification. Your good bank business knowledge, ideally in the area of account base, payment management and sales, as well as a high IT affinity are yours.
