Senior Site Manager Special Civil Engineering - Civil Engineer / Drilling (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical and economic management of several drilling and special depth projects in parallel You run the construction lines, develop your team and fill open positions with You control calculation, follow-up management and result controlling of your projects You negotiate with clients:inside, after-contracting and supplier:inside You plan the use of personnel, drilling equipment and special machines across all construction sites You support the management in operational day-to-day business and take progressive entrepreneurial responsibility

You have a degree in civil engineering, a further education in civil engineering (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You bring several years of experience in the construction management in civil engineering, special depth construction or drilling and have already managed projects and teams You calculate safely, work routiniert with the VOB and recognize yield potential early You meet decisions independently and represent them to clients: You think entrepreneurial and want to take responsibility beyond the project business You have a class B licence
