As a People & Culture Partner:in you have the ear to the organization, bring new impulses and initiatives with passion and keep an overview of administrative issues: You maintain holistic recruiting processes of technical, commercial and commercial profiles as well as apprentices and ensure an excellent Candidate Experience You organize and accompany (high) school fairs as well as other recruiting events and bring fresh ideas to attract new employees You support the implementation and standardization of new pre- and onboarding processes Together with our executives, you design staff support as well as individual staff development and bring them forward actively You are responsible for and coordinating the training of our professional, technical and commercial trainees as well as the trainee program You initiate and accompany various HR projects and perform personal administrative tasks as well as the creation of key figures reports

You have a completed economic study with a focus on staff or a comparable vocational training and bring professional experience in the operational HR work with With your strong communication skills as well as your interpersonal skills, you can convince at all levels and maintain confidence with your absolute discretion You work structured, independent and solution-oriented, bring endurance and empathy and take over administrative topics with the same care and reliability as conceptual tasks Teampirit is self-evident and also in stressful situations keep your head and humor You possess safe and up-to-date knowledge of labour law, already have experience in the application of tariff regulations and in cooperation with the works council You maintain a routined handling of MS Office applications and have very good German knowledge in word and writing
