Mission Leben is a non-profit company in the context of the deacon. Around 2,300 employees support in 50 facilities in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate people with care needs, with disabilities or in social emergencies as well as children and young people. The Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentrum Waldfrieden on the outskirts of Butzbach offers a wide green area: from stationary housing groups, inobservation, day groups and outpatient help to a meeting place and own horses. Together with our diverse team, flexible and creative solutions for intensive work with the children and young people entrusted to us and their families will open up here.

Your future tasks

• They work with children and young people and their families
• You are responsible for everyday design and management in one of our housing groups
• They cooperate with ASD, schools, trainers and authorities
• You document and create expertise and final reports
• You take over the funding and development process planning for the young people entrusted to us

This will bring you

• They have a successfully completed training as an educator or a socio-pedagogical university degree or a comparable qualification.
• They bring the necessary skills to guide a group of up to nine children and young people responsibly and empathy.
• They have a sound knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines.
• A driving license as well as the ability to safely control a 9-seater bus round off your profile.
