You have a middle school degree, a (special) abitur, have completed a few semesters of study behind you or already a training – with us your personality counts, not only the educational path. You want to get to know the digital world in the healthcare system and actively shape the IT future at one of the largest health insurance companies in Germany. Technology and innovation inspire you – current IT trends are interesting. Ideally, you could get a first insight into system integration. Logical thinking is your strength, and with the English language you'll be fine. You don't think in problems, but in solutions, and bring a communicative way. Very good knowledge of German at least C1 level round off your profile and enable professional communication

In your training, you will visit several of our locations and get to know various areas of expertise. With flexible working hours and up to 37 days a year, enough time remains for friends, family and leisure. In addition, the 24th and 31st December unemployed.
