Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

We manage a growing residential property portfolio with a clear structure, short decision-making paths and high implementation dynamics. Our claim: clean technical processes, clear responsibilities and consistent quality assurance. We are not looking for administrators – we are looking for creators.

1. Current object care Regular object visits incl. Documentation Early detection of technical defects and damage images Control of small repairs and maintenance measures Monitoring of housekeeping from a technical perspective Two. Service provider control Commissioning and control of external craftsmen Offer and price level Quality control before acceptance Auditing and approval recommendation
2. Maintenance & measures Coordination in damage cases (water, fire, insurance) Documentation for warranty claims Accompanying small modernizations
3. Interface tenants / administration Technical feedback for fault indications On-site appointments with tenants on technical topics Close coordination with Property Management Support for transfers and decreases

Experience in object management, facility management or building management Good knowledge of residential properties Structured, independent operation Enforcement to service providers driving licence class B
