Our client is an established specialist wholesaler for industrial and plant engineering across Germany and is one of the leading companies in its industry. The company supplies industrial customers and plant engineering with plastic products, plastic pipes and components for industrial applications.

The company is currently undergoing a comprehensive digital and structural transformation. Processes are modernised, new technologies are introduced and existing structures are developed. For this purpose, investments are targeted – and above all people are being sought to actively shape this change.

For the Siek site, we are looking for several employees (m/w/d) in the sales service at the next time possible.

Consulting and support of our customers – mainly by phone & email Processing of customer requests, offers and orders Costing and tracking of offers Processing of complaints Close cooperation with the sales service Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Working with modern digital systems and processes in internal sales service

A completed commercial or technical training, for example as a merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade management, merchant/wife in retail, industrial merchant/wife, plant mechanic or process mechanic for plastics and rubber engineering Ideally, you are already bringing product knowledge from the fields of plastics, industry, plant engineering or piping technology First professional experience in sales, sales service, sales or customer consulting is advantageous You are happy to advise customers, identify needs and find suitable technical solutions You work independently, reliably and customer-oriented You are open to digital processes, new technologies and modern working methods
