In the team with the managing director you are contact persons for all colleagues of the office. You are responsible in the team for the further development of the association services, represent the association to the outside and carry personnel responsibility. In this context, the task area comprises, inter alia, the Head of Unit Law Compilation of legal opinions and opinions on legislative proposals independent accompanying preparation, organisation and post-processing of internal meetings of the voluntary bodies for strategic control Working in the editorial team of the journal physiotherapy independent observation and assessment of relevant legal developments and legislative changes Contract negotiations with the statutory health insurance companies Integration into contract design of various projects

Second legal state exam Professional experience, ideal in healthcare Good legal knowledge of social and administrative law Leadership and good team and communication skills Excellent understanding of services and good precise written and oral expressiveness negotiation experience and skills as well as a safe and binding occurrence Good work motivation and willingness to travel A high degree of autonomy and self-initiative
