Accounting and Financial Processes: Accounting of current business incidents in the areas of creditors, debitors, investment assets and banks as well as allocation of cost centers. Assessment of semi-finished work: determination and evaluation of semi-finished work within the framework of the monthly financial statements. Payment: preparation and implementation of payment transactions and monitoring of payment transactions. Bank guarantees: processing and management of bank guarantees and coordination with banks and internal contacts. Monthly accounts and tax reports: Participation in the preparation of monthly accounts including summary reporting (ZM) and sales tax pre-registration. Process optimization: Active cooperation in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and processes. Cooperation in the company: close coordination with commercial management, management and external tax advice.

Qualification: completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a tax specialist:r, industrial businessman or in a comparable field. Continuing training: Ideally complemented by a further education, for example the balance sheet holder, the tax specialist or a comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual experience in the accounting of a medium-sized company and in the handling of cost accounting Software knowledge: Ideally experience with the financial accounting software Diamant. Additional knowledge (of advantage): knowledge of international accounting standards, in particular US-GAAP, as well as experience with additional reports such as IntraStat. Language knowledge: Good communication skills in German and ideally English in word and writing. Working methods: Structured, careful and self-sponsored working methods as well as pleasure in working with different business areas.
