We are now looking for a two-year parental representation, a project manager process optimization and digitization (m/w/d) for our Tübingen location:

You actively shape the future of our company by driving transformation processes You analyze existing processes, guide new software solutions and work closely with IT to successfully implement and develop these solutions You are fully responsible for internal projects: from planning to control to successful implementation and acceptance Through your organizational talent you always keep an overview, control project teams, prioritise tasks and ensure that goals and milestones are achieved As a central interface, you connect our interdisciplinary areas and ensure a smooth flow of information between executives, project members and other stakeholders You use your design space and actively contribute to the methodological development of our project management department

You have a university degree, preferably in an economic or technical degree course You already have first experience in project management. A big plus is a certification in the field of project management (Scrum, IPMA, Prince 2 etc.) You have a digital mindset and desire to rethink and digitize complex processes You are analytic and structured and also keeps in difficult situations always a cool head Your very good communication skills fall To you the exchange with all parties easy.
