KG we are currently in the construction of an inland terminal on about 35 hectares in Ahlhorn. As a reliable and dedicated personality, you are right in building the Inland terminal Ahlhorn to use you profitably. In cooperation with our workshop manager, you also take on the professional and representative responsibility for disciplinary personnel – including the deployment planning, assignment distribution and professional development of the workshop team. You are responsible for the efficient planning and control of the workshop processes and take over coordination with other departments. It's still better! You introduce processes, develop process optimizations and implement them with the team, in coordination with our workshop manager, while you have the legal and tariff regulations in mind. You take over the workshop disposition, monitor the work to be performed and are responsible for quality control. The creation and evaluation of reports are your responsibility. The onboarding of new professionals is at our heart – so you will take on training and further qualification together with the team.

You have a strong technical and logistical understanding and know how to organize yourself and your team? You are acting responsibly and you like to go ahead as a model? Then you're right with us! You can rely on the following principles: You are a motor vehicle mechatronic:in or similar qualified and have successfully completed the motor vehicle master's examination or are still in the qualification, but you have at least the degree as a motor vehicle service technician:in. With your practical professional experience in vehicle technology and commercial vehicle technology – especially in maintenance, repair, maintenance and inspection – no one can imagine anything in the workshop so quickly. You want to take leadership, motivate other people and train young people? Whether it's cost or quality, you have an eye for detail and always keeps the whole thing in mind. You have the driver's license class B and ideally a level 3 qualification for working on high-voltage systems.
