As an administrative assistant, you are responsible for operations on a 50%-position areas such as the measuring device inventory and supports the operating daily business. • You take over the administrative management of the central measuring device inventory and our internal order portals • You run meeting protocols and start summaries and presentations • You accompany various projects with measurable focus topics • You organize audit appointments and support centrally organized competitions and events

• You have a successfully completed commercial training • You are sure to go with MS Office programs • Preferably, you have already gained professional experience in the field of administration and controlling
