Project Manager (m/w/d) Inhouse Consulting – Operations Projects are responsible for overarching planning, coordination and control of (project) portfolios and their intersections. In the multi-project management, you will support the managers of the portfolio realization in the maintenance and control of defined processes, as well as in the establishment of a superordinate timetable, including the relevant miles for the entire project portfolio. In close coordination with the responsible persons responsible for the realisation of the portfolio, you will regularly update the planning document, coordinate control and control circuits and prepare the data required for meaningful reporting. By raising and preparing progress figures, you will collect or streamline decision bases, prepare them and make them available to the bodies and stakeholders. You also organize and manage the portfolio synchronization and networking, ensure the target group-oriented communication of internal and external stakeholders and use specific technologies. The ongoing development of the multi-project management process and the control of the technical infrastructure of the overall portfolio, in particular with regard to access management and data integration, complete your multi-page task.

A successful business or technological study, e.g. in the field of economic engineering, or a comparable qualification forms the ideal precondition for this position. You are available in multi-project management and can be found in complex (project) portfolios. You communicate with different stakeholders and convince them by embossed capacity for implementation and conversion. With a diplomatic approach, you will be able to successfully carry out various activities through precise, value-aware and targeted communication. You bring together an express provision for meaningful tasks and convince them by means of a metric and, at the same time, inno­vative working method.
