Operations is responsible for the planning, development and support of IT systems of the international production of the Mercedes-Benz car plants. These challenges come to you: Analysis of current agile method frameworks

Show the current AI trends and their impact on the current frameworks, in particular the SAFe framework

Deduction of necessary adjustments in the field of current methods

Analysis of the influence of current AI trends on working in agile contexts

The activity can start from October 2026. The final topics will be discussed with the university, you and us.

Course in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Economic Engineering or Comparable

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Very good knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working
