For our Sales / Business Development Management Team in Braunschweig, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/w/d), who not only thinks new ways but also decides – and thus actively shapes the future of our company.

Sales: You understand the strategic orientation of your customers, develop tailor-made sales approaches and take responsibility for the professional and formal quality of your offers Customer understanding: You know your customers in- and out-of-the-box – from contact persons to pricing and framework contracts to ongoing offers and projects – and act as a central contact person (m/w/d) for all matters of cooperation Relationship Management: You keep close contact with other disciplines and decision makers Your customer, especially for strategic purchasing and management External action: You represent the ESE confidently and effectively to the outside – whether in customer talks, framework contract negotiations or at trade fairs Power control: You accompany the entire delivery process and together with the team leaders of the respective specialist areas for the high-quality and time- and budget-oriented implementation of our services to the customer Transparency: You regularly prepare reportings, summarize current offers, projects and forecasts and agree with the areas involved Feedback: You actively receive feedback, analyze customer satisfaction and take concrete measures to improve together with the team

Education: You have a degree in economic engineering, business management, electrical engineering, computer science, transport or a comparable qualification Experience: You already have several years of experience in the distribution of web-specific IT and engineering services and understand how to inspire and sustainably bind customers in the B2B environment Industry Knowledge: You have technical understanding and know yourself well in the railway or mobility world Soft Skills: You communicate clearly, negotiate and perform confidently – whether in the meeting room or at the local customer Working method: You work structured, think solution-oriented and always have the goal in mind, customer orientation is not a flea for you, but a living claim Languages: You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing Mobility: You are ready to be on the move around Germany to meet customers regularly
