Trainees as IT specialists in system integration (m/f/d)

Full system support: You participate in the planning, installation and administration of our diverse IT infrastructure and learn to maintain both Windows and Linux systems. Network & Security: You learn to build complex networks, support firewall management and VPN structures and help to ensure the security of our systems with modern IT security concepts, backup strategies and seamless monitoring. Modern technologies: You are immersed in pioneering technologies by learning how to deal with virtualization solutions such as VMware and Proxmox and collecting first experiences with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Entra. Teamwork & Support: As part of our team, you support your colleagues in 1st and 2nd level support and work actively in exciting IT projects. Practice from the beginning: From the first day you are a full-fledged team member. You are actively involved in all processes and gradually learn to take responsibility – we do not have pure “coffee and copier” tasks.

Passion for IT: You have a strong interest in IT, technology and digital solutions, bringing a good logical thinking capability and a structured problem solving capability. Qualification: You have at least the professional qualification or a comparable qualification. We also welcome motivated cross-comers. Team spirit & communication: You are a communicative team player who likes to join and work on solutions together with others. Ideally you have: First practical experiences, for example with a home server, Raspberry Pi, network technology or other private IT projects, are a big plus, but not a prerequisite.
