Workshop Manager Maintenance Kraftwerke Niehl (m/f/d)

You guide the workshop’s power plant mechanics professionally and ensure that all work on site is carried out safely, qualitatively high quality and on time. The necessary materials prepare and coordinate the material flows for the maintenance measures. Operating repair requirements unwind, record findings directly in the plants, establish technical maintenance measures and ensure their implementation. Organize and arrange maintenance work in close cooperation with the workshop. You coordinate and monitor the execution of maintenance work by contracting companies and carry out the acceptance of external services. Instructions, instruction and training of the workshop staff on technical topics of their area of work will be carried out or initiated. Orders and work permits are processed in the management system and participate in the call readiness service.

You have completed master training in a technical profession. Multiannual professional experience in the power plant sector in a comparable position. You have specific knowledge of steam boilers and pressure tanks, turbomachines, pumping and compressor technology as well as pipelines and fittings. A secure handling of MS Office applications completes your profile. Flowing German knowledge is required. English skills are of advantage.

This body is remunerated with the remuneration group 9 in accordance with the collective agreement for utilities (TV-V). This corresponds to a gross annual salary of around 59,000 – 73,000 euros (depending on professional experience and qualification).
