Workshop Foreman (m/w/d) Commercial Vehicles

Now we are looking for you in full time for the Volvo Group Trucks Service GmbH in Wildau (Berlin-Brandenburg). Our workshop is at the centre of our work for you - in this function you carry the organizational responsibility for our processes and division in the workshop. In our company, a 25-member team awaits you, which keeps each other's back free in everyday life and has a look at the processes in the workshop and in the warehouse. Our company manager supports you both in terms of operating and strategic topics and is your support as a firm contact person.

In this function, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the motor vehicle mechatronics (m/w/d) as well as the division of work and shift. You process guarantees, maintenance and service contracts, take over the accounting of workshop orders and work on the accounting. You are in continuous consultation with the sales department. As a workshop master (m/w/d), the customer is at the centre of your work. For you, all-round customer support includes the advice of the customer, the acceptance of the repair, the control of the vehicle after the repair and the transfer to the customer. The responsibility for the areas of occupational safety and UVV as well as for the compliance and implementation of ISO relevant processes in the workshop area is also your responsibility.

Successfully completed master or technician training, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector Multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably in commercial vehicle Test ratings Experience in employee management and personnel planning Good business knowledge Driving licences for trucks and/or buses are advantageous High customer orientation, self-employment and team capability
