Employee Capital Investments / Construction Financing (m/f/d)

You support the implementation and execution of ongoing capital investment transactions. As part of the inventory management, you perform tasks in managing the hedged assets and in creating evaluations and reports. You cooperate in identifying credit risk assessments. Processing of the new loan business in construction finance: You are responsible for the processing of applications, the determination of the loan value and the creation of loan and collateral contracts. This includes monitoring of payment transactions, correspondence and preparation of prolongations and loan repayments. Your tasks also include the management of data in the IT systems of the investment and construction finance.

You have successfully completed your training as a bank merchant (m/w/d) or merchant (m/w/d) for insurance or finance with the “Private Real Estate Financing and Insurance” or a comparable training. You were ideally able to gain professional experience. This, however, is not a compelling prerequisite You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications (Word and Excel). You have a reliable way of working, motivation and team spirit.
