You're burning for challenges?**

As Lead SAP Development / Development – International Projects (w/m/d) you are responsible for:

• You analyze, design and plan Development projects at our international mid-sized and large customers in SAP S/4HANA Introduction projects.

• You coordinate the technical requirements in an international project team and act as a contact partner between the local project team and the Nearshore / Offshore Team.

• In your role , you completely review our customers in development topics and in close coordination with the project management.

• With your Expertise in SAP Development, you take the Quality assurance in international development projects.

• You work independently in the project team from Homeoffice, remote from our offices and, if necessary, on site with our customers.

• You have been working at the SAP Development** for at least three years and know well with various development technologies and tools.

• You also convince by funded knowledge of the SAP processes and have extensive knowledge in the logistics processes, ideally in several modules.

• You have already collected experience in working with international teams (nearshore and offshore), know the current delivery models and master the challenges in working with distributed and intercultural teams

• You work eigens and structured.

• Excellent analytically conceptual skills and a Environment for innovative solutions are yours.

• A strong communication capability in German and English and a professional appearance are your strengths!
