Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks include: Team management & staff Leadership and support of the team in the daily business Creation of personnel deployment planning and organization of layers Implementation of interviews Introducing new employees Contact for the team on questions and challenges Organization & Operations Control and coordination of daily operations Processing of customer requests and creation of offers and invoices Organization and coordination of catering and events Documentation and further development of work processes Support for general administrative issues in cooperation with Backoffice Location, Material & Quality Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of our site and control of cleanliness Monitoring stocks and timely ordering of consumables and game materials Organisation and execution of purchases for daily business needs and ordering drinks and snacks Organization and procurement of materials for the arena, Axe & Smash (e.g. new games, tree discs, advancement for our Smash Rooms) Organisation and implementation of game changes and the adaptation of the premises to new game concepts Small repairs and maintenance work on our games and facilities Cash & billing Control of cash accounts and control of cash revenue Examination and maintenance of payment inputs in cooperation with Backoffice Scanning and forwarding documents for accounting

You are an open and responsible person who likes to work with people and enjoys creating special experiences for our guests together with a team. You like to take responsibility, take action and make sure that everything is running in the background. That's what you bring: Experience in a responsible position, ideally with first leadership experience Joy in dealing with people and a safe occurrence towards guests, employees and partners A structured way of working and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations Organizational talent and a good sense of priorities Self-initiative and the willingness to take part when it comes to Technical understanding and craftsmanship for minor repairs and adjustments A strong sense of quality and the need to offer our guests a special experience Good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach Safe handling of digital tools and basic administrative tasks readiness for flexible working hours, as our company takes place mainly in the afternoon, evening and weekend Class B driving licence You don't have to be able to do everything from the start – it's crucial that you want to take responsibility, work with people and want to actively shape our location.
