Senior Implementation Manager / Project Manager – Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

With us you can successfully implement new logistics locations: You bear the responsibility for projects in the field of contract logistics and control the implementation – and that throughout Germany. You implement logistics concepts into reality and are constantly looking at the timetable, budget and quality. Planning: As a planning institution, you will ensure compliance with start and end dates and regularly adapt the project schedule to the progress of the project in order to keep all participants up to date. Implementation: In the implementation phase, you coordinate the tasks within the interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate project processes with subprojects. Project management: Before and during the project, you identify risks, vulnerabilities and change needs and initiate appropriate measures in the process – whether in the go-live, in the run-up and stabilization phase you always keep a cool head in the rollout. Communication: You ensure an optimal flow of information and also take over communication with internal and external stakeholders. Readiness to travel: Long-term project assignments to build new logistics locations are of course part of this job for you.

You work independently and structured – we can rely on you. You have already demonstrated your strong professional leadership and project competence in the management of interdisciplinary teams and in the implementation of new locations. Competence: You have successfully completed your technical or business studies and have extensive professional experience in project management as well as in the implementation of new locations in logistics / intralogistics / contract logistics. Project management: You are well familiar with the tools in project management as well as with common methods, especially in change management / change management, keeping the sensitive balance between target orientation and status quo. Customer orientation: Targeted and customer-oriented guide your projects independently to the successful conclusion and inspire our customers as part of an extensive customer onboarding. Conflict: You are strong in communication, can convincingly argue and resolve conflicts constructively with fluent German in word and writing. Flexibility: readiness to travel with you and your business trips feel like enrichment – you are mobile and traveling throughout Germany.
